The CPU of UNIVAC,was housed in a water-cooled air-conditioned container the size of the room.UNIVAC technicians often used the cool interior of the CPU as a convenient place to store lunch,soft drinks or beer.
Some even moved small desks into it and literally worked inside the computer!
